Alex Gonzaga, A housemate or a hostmate?

Before Pinoy Big Brother all in started we thought that Alex Gonzaga will only be one of the host of the program but after the introduction of the last housemate everyone was surprised,
especially her sister, Toni Gonzaga.

Maybe Toni and the rest of the host didn't expect that Alex will be among the housemates of the latest edition of pbb.

PBB all in just aired on monday and showed what all of the housemates are doing on their first day in the house.In some of the scenes in the episode, Alex was seen drinking a pitcher and the next, asking other housemates about her clothes.

Now that Alex is officially in the house, what would be her real purpose in the house?

Is she going to be a regular housemate or something else or a hostmate as she said?
